Beautiful Flowers

Woo hoo!! look what the postie brought today, remember the flowers I made for my team flower swap over on UKS well here are the lovely flowers I recieved, I will have to put them to good use and not leave them in the drawer, thanks to everyone :D

Art Journal

I have decided to give art journalling a go and have joined a KISS art journal CJ over on UKS, KISS stands for Keep It So Simple, it starts in January, can't wait :) So I thought I would have a go and see what I have let myself in for, as it has just passed rememberance Sunday I thought I would have a go at painting a poppy, what do you think? I loved getting messy with inks and paints, my drawing skills aren't great, think I need to stick to using stamps, so I can see myself needing to go stash shopping very soon, any excuse lol!!

Tag Swap

I'm doing a mini book tag swap over on UKS hosted by Kitty Crafts, here are the tags I made, sorry not a great photo. I had great fun geting very messy with my distress inks :) Looking forward to getting my tags back and making them into the tag book.

Affirmation postcards returned

I'm a bit late putting up these postcards that I recived from a swap on UKS but still better late than never, swap ended aboout 2 weeks ago. I really enjoyed the swap and would definitely join in another one, infact I have joined a tag book swap which is something similar and will show those when I finish. Postcard Collage Swap

Over on UKS I'm taking part in a postcard affirmation collage swap, I've never done anything like it before and I enjoyed getting a bit messy with inks and paints. This is what I made, I was quite pleased with them and hope to try a few more for myself but I'm really looking forward to seeing the ones I get in return.

I've been scrapping

Here is a little LO I did about cinnamon mints that I discovered when away on hols, I only wish that I had brought more of them home with me.

Explore Class

I am taking a 4 week class called Explore by Shimelle, the 2nd week is almost up and how much have I completed, none!! but I have downloaded all the prompts, I will get round to it soon and be back with the finished piece :)

Long time no blog, on Sat I was at a Cleo Crafts crop and alot of the girls there also make cards, so I thought I would give it a go, I bought some promarkers, which are lovely :) this is what I made, a lovely little card for my friend Amy, hope you like it Amy.
