Yesterday was national scrapbook day. I didn't manage to get any scrapping done but I did today, yeah!!!!! I now sub to the Cleo Crafts kit, they had a blog challenge for NSD, I used papers from the kit and did this LO, not completely happy with the title but as they were rub ons couldn't change it, I think it would have been better spaced out.
As it says in the title, check out my friend Heather's blog here, she is a fantastic card maker and she also makes some beautiful broaches:)She has a fantastic little business called Ragbutton
I've been trying out some digi scrapping, I've been meaning to do some for ages and 1 of my teammates on UKS suggested a site called Scrapblogs which have alot of free stuff to get you started. I've done 2 LO's, while it was good fun and very quick to do I don't think it will entice me away from all my paper scrapping, I would miss playing around with paper and getting my hands messy.
I have just found Twitter and I'm having such great fun on it, it is great stalking (sorry that should be following) people, including celebraties such as Stephen Fry, Philip Schofield and Jonathan Ross, as well as some of the girls on UKS.
On Sat I went to Cleo Crafts crop help in Monkstown, had a really great day, here is one of the Lo's I did. I also made a start on a new CJ I am in:) it is a sketch CJ, I am looking forward to it but I'm finding it hard to pick a suitable sketch.
We have had Barnabey Bear staying with us this weekend, Matthew has been given the task to look after Barnabey from nursery and (mum) has to write an account of what he does staying at our house complete with photo's.
